The SiteTrust Directory is the sister site of the SiteTrust Network. It provides a searchable directory of approved SiteTrust Network sites. The directory also features other resources that have been submitted by website owners.

The SiteTrust Network was launched in May 2007 and is designed to help website owners increase visitor confidence in their online services. Approved merchants can place seals on their web site that visitors can click on to view a verification report along with (optional) validated customer feedback. Merchants can display their customer feedback directly on their store through the use of a feedback feed.

The SiteTrust Network serves as an independent reviewer of web sites to protect online consumers and to assist approved merchants in increasing visitor confidence. One of the core services is the provision of a feedback system whereby visitors can submit comments and ratings concerning websites they have used and purchased from. Unlike testimonial pages found on some websites, the feedback is administered solely by the SiteTrust Network. The use of a third party system increases transparency and serves to further assure visitors that the submitted feedback is genuine.
